McDonald Realty Victoria
Real estate is not just my career, it is also my #1 choice as an investment vehicle, and a true passion of mine. After 9 very successful years in the business, here’s what I bring to the table:

•A combination of education, investment background, knowledge, experience & work to deliver an exemplary experience.
•Excellent working knowledge of both Vancouver & Victoria, enabling me to be of great assistance in Van-Vic relocations
•A passion for redesign to help sellers & buyers maximize the home’s potential
•Outstanding negotiation skills. My philosophy: everyone needs to feel like they’re winning
•Caring about reading & understanding the strata docs, caring about doing the formalities and research at the municipal level, and caring about understanding the nuances of the house: perimeter drains, mold, window seals, crawl spaces, foundations etc.

I guarantee you will feel supported & backstopped every step of the way.
